convenient location friendly staff
I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to the Prado Museum and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with a late check-in.
The room i stayed in faced the atrium and noise from the rooftop bar was noticeable late into the night. It impacted sleep quality.
